Export Creative As Video

Generate a video file from your interactive creatives

Updated over a week ago

The Export as Video feature allows you to generate a video file directly from a creative — perfect for turning animated creative into an engaging social media content or use as an ad.

Availability

  • The Export as Video feature is available to all users until the end of 2025

  • Starting from 2026:

    • The feature will become exclusive and available upon request

How It Works

You can access Export as Video from the creative view. The option is available for certain layouts — see the full list below.

When exporting, you’ll be asked to specify:

  • Slide duration (in seconds)

  • Number of loops for the auto-animation

Based on your settings, the system will automatically calculate and display the total video length before the export.

You’ll also be able to preview the video — with options to play, pause, and replay the video before exporting.

When clicking Export:

  • The video file will begin exporting — this process may take a few minutes

  • Once the video is ready, you can download it directly from the confirmation window or access it later via the Export dropdown

  • The timestamp of the last export will be displayed in the Export as Video modal

Result

Make sure to use high quality assets when making the creative to ensure the best output.

Why Use It

  • Easily convert your animated creatives into video files for broader compatibility and sharing

  • Perfect for social media content, client previews, or ad platforms that require MP4

  • Save time by repurposing existing creatives into video formats without needing external tools

Available Layouts for Exporting as a Video

The Export as Video feature is available for layouts that include auto-animation or where a screen recording-style output makes sense. It's also possible to apply animations and export them as a video in the case of the Still layout.

Layouts that rely on user interaction, such as Scratch or Map, are not supported, as their interactive elements don’t translate meaningfully into a fixed video format.

You can also use optimization levels to check and adjust the asset quality for the video, ensuring it meets your needs for different platforms.
