Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Updated over 2 weeks ago

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Campaign Manager account by requiring both your password and a secondary authentication method (such as a code from your mobile device). This ensures that only you can access your account, even if your password is compromised.

How to Enable 2FA:

  1. Login to Campaign Manager
Sign in to your account as you normally would.

  2. Navigate to Profile
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner to access Profile Details. Below My Profile, you'll find the Two-Factor Authentication section.

  3. Activate 2FA
In the Two-Factor Authentication section, toggle the switch to ON.

  4. Set Up 2FA
A pop-up window will appear with instructions for setting up 2FA:

    • Download and install the authenticator app on your phone.

    • Open the app and scan the QR code displayed in the pop-up.

    • Enter the code generated by your authenticator app to verify the setup.

  5. You are all set and secure!

How to Use 2FA When Logging In

  1. Login as Usual
Enter your email and password as you normally would when accessing the Campaign Manager.

  2. Enter Authentication Code
After your password is accepted, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code from your authenticator app. Open the app and insert the current code displayed.

  3. Access Your Account
Once the code is verified, you will be logged in to your account.

Disabling 2FA

To disable two-factor authentication (2FA):

  1. Navigate to the Two-Factor Authentication section in your Profile Details.

  2. Toggle the switch to OFF.

  3. Enter the verification code from your authenticator app to confirm and disable 2FA.

By enabling two-factor authentication, you significantly increase the security of your Campaign Manager account, helping to protect sensitive data and campaign information.
