Export analytics

If you want to export analytics from NEXD Campaign Manager for use in your own reports, here's how to do it.

Updated over a week ago

As a big believer of trust and transparency in the ad world, Nexd is always open and sharing detailed data to help you understand how your campaign is performing. You can export your campaign and creative statistics into your own reports in a number of formats and ways.

First of all, navigate to the campaign analytics page and make sure that you have set the correct date range.

Download report

You can download the report as Microsoft Excel with simple tables (XLSX), Microsoft Excel with pivot tables (XLSX) or comma-separated (CSV) files:

All files contain a summary of all creatives, and each creative's daily performance and events.

XLSX with simple tables

Each creative is split into a separate sheet. The summary sheet for exported campaign analytics shows below the table: "Based on Nexd Campaign Manager Analytics" and a link. The link includes all your export settings (start and end date and time, time zone, viewability, etc), so you always know where the data came from.

XLSX with pivot tables

The spreadsheet has two "master data" sheets with daily creative performance metrics and events and multiple already compiled pivot tables. The already prepared tables include total performance data for each creative, daily performance data over all creatives, list and counts for all events (eg clicks, page seen, etc).

For each day you have every creative Trackable ads, Impressions, Loaded impressions, Viewable Impressions, Viewability (%), Clicks, CTR (%), Engaged impressions, Engagement (%), Exposure time (s) plus every event total and unique sum. The pivot tables can be changed as you wish so you can slice and dice the data to create your own custom reporting. You have all the tools in Microsoft Excel, so you can create new sheets with additional analysis, use formulas, etc. For example, you can filter out only events you are interested in and calculate your own metrics for engagement. Or, calculate the daily median of impressions instead of the sum.

Schedule report

You have the possibility to schedule an automatic report sent by email. The email has the same spreadsheets described above. As you can enter any email addresses, you can "order" the report to yourself, to your colleague, or to a client. You can choose the frequency of the report: daily, weekly, monthly, or when the campaign ends. The report will be sent out at 12:00 UTC. Weekly reports will be sent out on Monday and monthly on the first day of the month.

We hope having campaign results automatically delivered to your inbox helps you start your day or week with a deep focus on your campaign performance analysis.

On the analytics page, you can see who has scheduled a particular campaign report. If you want to stop sending the report, hover over the email and click the X. This will stop the report from sending. Please note - this feature is available only for the campaign owner and collaborators.
