If you're running multiple campaigns with scheduled reports, keeping track of who receives what (and when) can quickly become difficult.
The Scheduled Reports overview gives you a single page to see, search, and manage all your active schedules across every campaign, without having to navigate back to each one individually.
Accessing the Scheduled Reports overview
You can find the Scheduled Reports page under your Organization view in the left-hand sidebar, listed alongside Subscriptions and Billing. The page will display all active scheduled reports configured within your organization (admins can view all reports, while other users see only their own).
What you'll see
Each scheduled report in the list shows the following details at a glance:
Campaign — campaign name the report is tied to
Recipients — the email addresses the report is being sent to
Frequency — how often the report is sent (daily, weekly, monthly, or on campaign end)
Range — the reporting period covered
Start date — when the schedule began
Next send date — the next scheduled send date
Finding a specific schedule
If you have many scheduled reports, use the search bar at the top of the page to narrow down the list. You can search by:
Campaign name
Recipient email address
The list updates as you type, making it easy to find what you're looking for quickly.
Viewing analytics for a scheduled report
You can quickly access detailed analytics for a scheduled report directly from the scheduled reports overview.
Find the scheduled report in the overview.
Click on the three dots.
Click View Analytics.
This will open the analytics page for the selected campaign in a new tab, where you can explore performance metrics and insights.
Viewing the report delivery log
You can review the delivery history of a scheduled report directly from the scheduled reports overview.
Find the scheduled report in the overview.
Click on the three dots.
Click View Log.
The report delivery log opens in a modal, showing the status of each delivery, recipient activity, and any delivery errors.
Editing a scheduled report
You can edit schedule details directly from the scheduled reports overview.
Find the scheduled report in the overview
Click on the three dots.
Click the Edit option.
The edit modal opens in the current view, where you can update schedule details.
From the modal, you can modify or remove the schedule as needed.
Deleting a scheduled report
To delete a schedule directly from the overview:
Find the scheduled report you want to delete
Click on the three dots.
Click the Delete option.
Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears
Once confirmed, the schedule is removed from the list immediately. Please note that deleting a schedule is permanent — if you'd like to reschedule reports for that campaign, you'll need to set it up again from the campaign's analytics page.
