Overview

Nexd's Preview Site Comments feature simplifies collaboration between teams by allowing real-time feedback on creative previews directly within the platform. This feature is designed to improve the creative approval process by enabling teams to add comments and suggestions while reviewing ads in the preview environment.

How it works

Note: this is an on-demand feature. Contact your customer success manager for more info.

Here’s how you can use the Preview Site Comments feature:

  1. Access the Preview Site: Once your creatives are built and ready for review, share the preview link with team members or stakeholders.

  2. Commenting: In the preview site, users can add comments next to the creative. This can be done by clicking the “Add Comment” button, then typing to add feedback.

  3. Replying to Comments: Feedback can become a commetn feed with the Add Comment button. Team members can reply to existing comments to provide clarifications or follow up with additional insights.

  4. Finalize Creative Status: Once a comment or feedback has been addressed, you can mark the creative as “Approved” or "Rejected", helping to track progress and ensure nothing is missed.

Benefits

  • Real-Time Collaboration: Multiple team members can comment and collaborate simultaneously, reducing the time spent on email chains or meetings.

  • Centralized Feedback: All feedback is stored in one place, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.

  • Improved Workflow: The ability to mark comments as resolved helps keep the review process organized and ensures everyone is on the same page.

Use Case Example

When working on a creative with multiple stakeholders, everyone can access the same preview and leave feedback in real-time. For example, the design team can comment on visual aspects, while the marketing team can suggest changes to text or interactivity, all within the same space.
