After you have clicked on the Facebook icon in the Import from Social view you need to follow a process depending on what you want to do:
First-time use
1. Log in to Facebook (if not already done so)
2. Select the pages you want to import posts from:
3. Verify that all permissions are selected
4. Confirm the result
Recurring use
1. Confirm the use of current settings
Add & modify permissions on Facebook
To add or change users/permission on Facebook consult the:
Page settings > Page Role page (accessible in the page's admin panel with URL:
https://www.facebook.com/.../settings/?tab=admin_roles, where...is your page name)
-- or --Business pages list, select the business, then Accounts > Pages
Remove our app permission on Facebook
Consult the Facebook business integration settings page to remove the permissions. Please note that when you remove our app and have live creatives then the updating of the number of likes and comments will halt.
