It's easy to update your billing information by adding or removing credit/debit card details in the payment section.ย
Go to app.nexd.com/profile and select Subscription Plan & Billing. You can also reach this by just clicking on your profile and then Billing.
Add or remove your credit card details under the Payment Method.
Click on Add Card to enter your credit card details and click Save card.
Note: Only users with account role of Admin are able to change payment information.
Credit and debit cards bearing the Visa and Mastercard logo are accepted.
Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
You can change your Subscription Plan under Billing.
Choose Change Plan:
When you upgrade: the plan upgrades effective immediately.
To downgrade contact our Customer Success team.
If you choose to leave us :(, click Cancel Subscription. Your plan will be active until the next billing cycle.
