Edit your personal profile and organization info

How to keep your personal and company info up to date.

Help your teammates learn more about you and what you do, by adding more information to your NEXD profile. By keeping your company information up to date, you help prevent billing errors and potential issues with your account.

Update your personal info

  1. Click on your profile name/image on the top left corner and click Profile. This takes you to your profile page.

  2. Click Unlock to edit to start making changes.

  3. Edit your profile info as you wish.

  4. Click Save.

Add a profile image

Adding a profile image to your account helps your teammates know who is doing what at a glance.

  1. Click on your profile name/image on the top left corner and click Profile. This takes you to your profile page.

  2. Click Upload new image.

  3. Find the perfect profile image on your computer - we suggest you use an image that is at least 500 x 500 pixels.

  4. Crop and position the image how you want.

  5. Click Save.

Update your company's details

NB! Check your access - You'll need to be an Admin of your organization if you want to edit your info

  1. Click on your profile name/image on the top left corner and click Profile. This takes you to your profile page.

  2. In the left sidebar, under My organization click Details.

  3. Click Unlock to edit to enable editing.

  4. Edit your company information.

  5. click Save.

Add a company logo

  1. Click on your profile name/image on the top left corner and click Profile. This takes you to your profile page.

  2. In the left sidebar, under My organization click Details.

  3. Click Upload new image and locate the image you want to use.

  4. Position and scale your logo (if you need to).

  5. Click Save.
